Once again, continued interest from overseas, foreign buyers see Spanish property transactions increase year on year.

From our perspective, this is not unexpected, some of the numbers are surprising, but overall, there’s a whole host of varied, affordable, and attainable properties for sale across Spain and, in the Costa del Sol.  As a result, it’s easy to see why property transaction increase year on year.  Show me the downside to buying here in the Costa del Sol.  Try as I might, I am still looking.
